Research use policy — OXpeptides

Research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Every product sold on oxpeptides.com (the "Site") is a laboratory reagent supplied for in-vitro research and analytical work. Our products are not drugs, not dietary supplements, not food, not cosmetics and not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

1. Who may order

Buyers must be 21 years of age or older. The Site asks for this confirmation at the entrance and again at checkout.
Buyers confirm that they purchase for laboratory research purposes only, on their own behalf or on behalf of a laboratory, university, company or research institution.
Buyers confirm that receiving the products is lawful at the place of delivery and that they hold any permit the local law may require.

2. What we provide

The compound name, net quantity, form (lyophilized powder or sterile solution), lot number and the "research use only" mention on every label.
A certificate of analysis from an independent third-party laboratory for each lot, published on the product page and in the COA library as soon as it is issued.
Storage and handling conditions for the sealed vial (temperature, light, moisture).
Chemical identity data where available: sequence, molecular formula, molecular weight, CAS number.

3. What we never provide

We do not publish and do not answer questions about how a product could be prepared, applied or quantified for any purpose other than laboratory analysis, nor about effects or outcomes in humans or animals. A question of that kind receives this policy as its only answer. The products are not to be used in or on humans, in or on animals, or in any food, cosmetic or household product.

4. Buyer's undertakings

By placing an order, the buyer undertakes to:

use the products exclusively for laboratory research, by qualified personnel, in a suitable facility;
handle them as chemical reagents, with the appropriate protective equipment and disposal procedures;
not resell, relabel or repackage them for any other purpose;
keep the lot number and the certificate of analysis with the vial for traceability.

5. Our right to refuse

We may decline or cancel an order, and refund it in full, when the stated use, the delivery address or the correspondence indicates a purpose other than laboratory research. This decision is final and is not a judgement on the buyer.
