Processing time

Paid orders are picked and packed within 1 business day. After dispatch, the tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery times

• United States & Canada: 3 to 5 business days
• European Union & United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days
• Rest of world: 5 to 10 business days

Customs clearance may add 1–3 business days in some jurisdictions. Tracking is active end-to-end.

Packaging

Every parcel ships in a neutral, unbranded outer box with no mention of the product or of OXpeptides on the label. The sender line references a generic logistics provider.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking stops updating for more than 7 business days, or if you receive a damaged parcel, contact us within 48 hours of the last tracking event or of delivery on Telegram with the order ID and photos. We will either reship at no cost or refund the order.

Returns

Because our products are sterile research reagents, we cannot accept returns on opened vials. Unopened vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery at the buyer's expense, subject to inspection on arrival.

Taxes & duties

Prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes for most destinations. Some countries levy additional import duties on receipt; these are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable by OXpeptides.

We ship to the destinations listed in the checkout dropdown. If your country is not listed, contact us on Telegram to check availability. Orders to jurisdictions with explicit import restrictions on research chemicals may be refused and refunded.
