1. Who we are

OXpeptides operates the website at https://oxpeptides.com. Contact for data requests: @vidaspi on Telegram.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the minimum data required to fulfil an order:

  • Full name and shipping address (to ship the product)
  • Email address (order confirmation and tracking)
  • Order contents, amount and timestamp
  • Payment session identifier returned by our processor (Peptide-Pay)

We do not collect card numbers, CVV, or banking details — the full payment flow is handled by Peptide-Pay on their own servers.

3. How we use your data

  • Shipping the product to the address you provided
  • Sending the order confirmation and tracking number
  • Legal compliance (invoicing, accounting)
  • Fraud prevention (matching the payment session to the order)

We do not sell, rent or share your data with marketers. We do not run advertising trackers on checkout or order pages.

4. Third parties (data processors)

  • Peptide-Pay — payment processor (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, USDC)
  • Supabase — encrypted database hosting for order records (EU region)
  • Shipping carriers — DHL, USPS, national postal operators (tracked delivery only)
  • Netlify — website and CDN hosting

5. Retention

Order records are kept for 10 years to comply with accounting and tax obligations. You may request anonymisation of personally identifying fields (name, address, email) after the product has been delivered; the order record itself is retained for legal compliance.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may at any time request a copy of your data, ask for correction or deletion (within legal retention limits), or withdraw consent. Contact us on Telegram with the email used at checkout and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a single local-storage key (age-gate-accepted-oxpeptides) to remember that you confirmed your age, and a lastOrderId key during checkout. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, analytics or advertising pixels.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy. Material changes are published on this page and take effect on publication.
