In the literature

Thymosin alpha-1 (Tα1) is an N-terminally acetylated 28-amino-acid peptide first isolated from thymic extract (thymosin fraction 5), supplied here as the synthetic peptide, lyophilized in a sealed vial.

Thymosin alpha-1 was characterised by Goldstein et al. (PNAS, 1977). It is studied in cellular models as a thymic peptide.

About OXpeptides

Who we are

OX RESEARCH LTD operates OXpeptides. Company number 17464288 (England and Wales). We supply lyophilized research peptides in sealed glass vials, and one laboratory diluent, to researchers and laboratories.

How we work

Our reports come from Janoshik Analytical, one per size: HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity. Each report is published on the product page with its date as soon as the laboratory returns it; a product whose report is not back says so, in those words, rather than borrowing figures from elsewhere. Every vial is crimp-sealed and carries the compound name and the net quantity in milligrams; each report is published with its task number and verification key. Orders ship from the warehouse that serves the delivery address, tracked.

Who we sell to

Researchers and laboratories. Three things we do not do: we publish no quantities, no routes and no schedules anywhere on this site, and support declines those questions; we publish no certificate we do not hold; and we publish no customer review that does not come from a verified order.

The full entity record, the testing method step by step and what the company does not do are on the About page.
