We do not provide any usage information. Our products are for laboratory research only. Questions about a reference, a size, a certificate of analysis, a price or a delivery are answered precisely; any other question receives this same answer.
Delivery times
Delivery in 4–6 business days (from our EU stock).
Order tracking
Your tracking number is e-mailed as soon as the parcel leaves our EU stock. If you have not received it within 48 business hours, write to us with the date and amount of your order.
A charge you do not recognize
The site name never appears on your statement. Write to us before contacting your bank: we find the order in minutes.
Returns and refunds
Send your order number and a photo of the sealed vial. See the refund policy.
