Is every batch tested?
Yes. Every lot is sent to an independent third-party laboratory. The certificate of analysis (COA) is published on the product page and in the COA library as soon as it comes back, with its lot number, purity and date. We never publish a certificate we do not hold: until the report is back, the page says "Analysis pending".
COA libraryHow do I check a certificate at the laboratory?
Each published certificate carries the test number issued by the laboratory. Open the report link on the product page or in the COA library: it points to the laboratory verification page, where the same test number, lot and date must appear. If a report is only a PDF, the test number printed on it can be looked up on the laboratory site.
COA libraryWhere do orders ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared and dispatched from California by our US fulfillment partner within 24 to 48 business hours, then delivered in 5 to 10 business days with tracking. The tracking number is e-mailed as soon as the parcel leaves.
Shipping policyHow much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is $19 flat, and free from $150 of products. Packaging is discreet: a plain box, no mention of the contents.
Shipping policyWhich payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The charge is processed by our payment processor: the site name does not appear on your statement. If you do not recognize a charge, write to us before contacting your bank; we find the order in minutes.
My parcel is lost, damaged or never arrived. What happens?
Free reshipment or refund, no discussion. Write to support@oxpeptides.com with your order number; we handle the carrier claim ourselves. Sealed, unopened vials can also be returned within 14 days of delivery; opened vials cannot. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Refund policyWhy do I have to confirm I am 21 or older?
Our products are laboratory reagents sold to researchers and laboratories. Before browsing, every visitor confirms being at least 21 years old, and before ordering, every buyer attests that the purchase is for laboratory research. The acceptance is logged with its date.
What does "research use only" mean?
Research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. The products are supplied as chemical reference material for in vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, not food, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We do not provide any usage information, on the site or by e-mail.
How should the vials be stored?
Sealed lyophilized vials are stored at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture; the shelf life at that temperature is printed on each product page (12 to 24 months depending on the compound). In solution, 2-8 °C. Bacteriostatic water is stored at room temperature (15-25 °C).
