Check it yourself: OX RESEARCH LTD is registered under no. 17464288, every Janoshik Analytical report carries a key you can verify at the laboratory, and 156 of our last 162 tracked parcels were delivered.
Every proof, on one pageWhich certificates of analysis are published?
Published today: the certificate of analysis for GHK-Cu (Janoshik Analytical), with its lot number, purity and date, on the product page and in the COA library. The reports for the other products are in progress: until a report is back, the product page says "Analysis pending". We never publish a certificate we do not hold.
COA libraryHow do I check a certificate at the laboratory?
Each published certificate carries the test number issued by the laboratory. Open the report link on the product page or in the COA library: it points to the laboratory verification page, where the same test number, lot and date must appear. If a report is only a PDF, the test number printed on it can be looked up on the laboratory site.
COA libraryWhere do orders ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders leave our EU stock, tracked door to door, and arrive in 4–6 business days. Dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours; the tracking number is e-mailed as soon as the parcel leaves.
Shipping policyHow much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is $19 flat, and free from $100 of products. Packaging is discreet: a plain box, no mention of the contents.
Shipping policyWhich payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is made on our payment partner’s secure page: the site name does not appear on your statement. If you do not recognize a charge, write to us before contacting your bank; we find the order in minutes.
Can I return an order?
Yes. Sealed, unopened vials can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price: write to support@oxpeptides.com or on Telegram first, we send you the return address. Free returns: we e-mail you the return label, return shipping is on us. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Refund policyWhy do I have to confirm I am 21 or older?
Our products are laboratory reagents sold to researchers and laboratories. Before browsing, every visitor confirms being at least 21 years old, and before ordering, every buyer attests that the purchase is for laboratory research. The acceptance is logged with its date.
What does "research use only" mean?
Research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. The products are supplied as chemical reference material for in vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, not food, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We do not provide any usage information, on the site or by e-mail.
Do you provide dosing or usage information?
No. We do not give doses, protocols, reconstitution volumes, schedules or expected effects, on the site, by e-mail, by phone or through any partner. These are laboratory reagents supplied for in vitro research; the design of an experiment is the researcher’s own responsibility. What we do answer, in detail: identity and purity, the certificate of analysis of your lot, storage, shipping and payment.
Research use policyHow should the vials be stored?
Sealed lyophilized vials are stored at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture; the shelf life at that temperature is printed on each product page (12 to 24 months depending on the compound). In solution, 2-8 °C. Diluent water is stored at room temperature (15-25 °C).
Can I order a peptide that is not in the catalog?
More than 40 additional peptides are available on request. Write to support@oxpeptides.com with the compound name and size: we answer with availability, price and lead time.
