The CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin blend is one lyophilized vial holding both peptides in equal mass: Mod GRF 1-29 (CJC-1295 without DAC, a 29-amino-acid GHRH analogue) and Ipamorelin (a pentapeptide). The 10 mg vial carries 5 mg of each, the 20 mg vial 10 mg of each.

The two peptides are studied together in cellular and animal models as ligands of two distinct receptors (GHRH receptor and ghrelin receptor). The certificate of analysis states the identity and purity of each component.
