1. Research use only
All products sold on OXpeptides are intended exclusively for laboratory research reconstitution. They are not for human or animal consumption, not for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, and not marketed as dietary supplements. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that the product will be used in a research context.
2. Minimum age
Access to this site and the purchase of our products is restricted to persons who are at least 18 years old.
3. No medical claims
Information on this site is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. References to scientific literature are for context and do not imply therapeutic efficacy of our products.
4. Product quality
Each peptide batch is released with a certificate of analysis covering identity (mass spectrometry), purity (HPLC, typically >99%) and residual solvents. Bacteriostatic water batches are sterility-tested per USP <71> and assayed for benzyl alcohol content and pH. Minor lot-to-lot variation within pharmacopeial tolerance is possible.
5. Buyer responsibility
The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their country concerning acquisition, possession, and use of research chemicals.
6. Limitation of liability
OXpeptides is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products, in particular any use outside the intended research context. Liability is in any case limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
7. Returns
Because our products are sterile research reagents, opened vials cannot be returned. Damaged or defective deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via Telegram with photographic evidence. We will replace damaged units at our expense.
8. Privacy
We collect personal data only to process orders, in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Your information is not shared with third parties except as required for fulfillment (e.g. shipping carriers).
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are published on this page and take effect on publication.
