Retatrutide (development code LY3437943, PubChem CID 171390338) is a synthetic peptide of 39 amino acids, acylated with a C20 fatty diacid, described in the literature as an agonist of three receptors.

Molecular formula C₂₂₁H₃₄₂N₄₆O₆₈, molecular weight about 4 731 g/mol. The originator is Eli Lilly and Company.
